Elijah Williams is a dedicated member of the UConn Consulting Group, currently pursuing dual degrees in Finance and Economics at the University of Connecticut, with an impressive GPA of 3.97. His academic focus is complemented by a strong practical foundation in financial modeling, market research, and investment analysis. Elijah has proven leadership abilities through his role at Hillside Ventures, where he manages deal flow and leads a team of eight analysts, overseeing in-depth research and analysis for pre-seed startups. Additionally, he contributes to investment decisions through detailed presentations and investment memos for UConn’s Investment Committee.Elijah is committed to ongoing professional development and is involved in several high-caliber programs. Through the Recalc Finance Accelerator, Elijah has worked on multiple case studies and has developed advanced Excel techniques for creating financial models and forecasts. His passion for financial services and consulting is further reflected in his participation in SEO Career, where he focuses on improving his interview, technical, and professional development skills.In addition to his academic and professional endeavors, Elijah is actively engaged in his campus community. As a Residential Assistant in University of Connecticut Residential Life, he leads educational and community-building programs for over 1,200 residents across 13 buildings. Elijah also holds a leadership role in the National Association of Black Accountants, where he received a scholarship for his academic and community achievements, and is a member of the Scholars Learning Community.
