Rai Kumar is a Project Lead in UCG. Prior to this role, Rai was the Director of Recruiting and an analyst on various projects. Rai joined the group Fall 2023 and has enjoyed her time in UCG ever since!Besides UCG, Rai is a research analyst and presenter for the UConn Fed Challenge team. In this role, she collaborated with her team to develop an analysis of current macroeconomic conditions and monetary policy recommendations and presented it to Boston Federal Reserve Bank Economists.Rai also works part-time at the UConn Tech Support Center as a document accessibility specialist, where she remediates all public knowledge available online at UConn so that it is accessible for blind or visually impaired individuals.Rai is pursuing a B.S. in economics and is interning at Synchrony as a Finance BLP intern this summer!
